🌟 Resident Spotlight: Meet Rocky! 🌟
This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Rocky, who has been part of our Pillar family for an incredible 13 years!

When asked what he loves most about living at Pillar, Rocky didn’t hesitate; it’s the nice people that make this place feel like home. His favorite meal? Chicken drumsticks, of course! 🍗

In his free time you can often find Rocky listening to music, one of his favorite ways to relax and unwind. And when life gets tough, he finds inspiration in his favorite quote: “The sun will come out tomorrow.” ☀️

We’re so grateful to have Rocky as part of our community. Your positivity and kindness brighten every day! 💛

💉 Protecting Our Pillar Family! ♥️

Last week, Pillar of Cedar Valley partnered with NuCara Pharmacy to host our annual flu and Covid-19 vaccine clinic for residents! 🩺 ✨

Vaccinations play a vital role in long term care communities like ours. Many of our residents are at higher risk for serious complications from seasonal illnesses, so staying up to date on recommended vaccines helps protect not only each individual but our entire community— including staff, visitors, and families! 💪

We’re incredibly grateful to our partners at NuCara Pharmacy for their professional care and collaboration, and to our dedicated Pillar team for organizing a smooth, well-run clinic. Together, we’re helping keep Pillar a safe and healthy place to live and work.
