🌟 Social Work Spotlight – Celebrating Social Worker Month! 🌟

This month, we’re proud to highlight Cole, one of our amazing social workers here at Pillar!

Cole has been part of the Pillar team for 6 months, and in that time has made a meaningful impact by simply doing what he loves most — spending time and connecting with our residents. 💙

🎣 Fun Fact: This is Cole’s first role in long-term care — and we’re so glad he chose us!
