If your medication isn’t working, it doesn’t mean treatment “failed.”

It usually means one of these:

• The dose isn’t optimized
• The medication isn’t the right fit
• There’s another factor involved (like anxiety, sleep, or ADHD)

Mental health treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Adjustments are normal and often necessary to actually feel better.

3 signs your anxiety isn’t “just stress”:

• Your mind doesn’t slow down….even when nothing is wrong
• You feel physically tense or on edge most days
• Rest doesn’t actually make you feel better

A lot of people normalize this and assume it’s just part of being busy.

But when it’s constant, it’s often clinical anxiety, not just stress.

And it’s very treatable.

You can be functioning… and still struggling.

A lot of people wait until things get “bad enough” before getting help.

But you don’t have to hit a breaking point.

If you’re constantly overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or just not feeling like yourself, it’s worth paying attention to.

There are effective, personalized ways to feel better.

You don’t have to keep managing this on your own.

Su***de has taken another beautiful soul, and we are beyond saddened to hear that Robert lost his battle with depression. Our hope is that by continuing to spread awareness, more people will come to understand the complexity and seriousness of mental illness.

If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health please reach out to us, 988, or even a friend, family, or someone at your church. We do care. We want you to know that we will support you without judgment. May all of God's blessings be upon you. 🙏 ; 💚💜

Robert Carradine, known for Revenge of the Nerds, Lizzie McGuire, and The Long Riders, has died at age 71. The actor who struggled with bipolar disorder for two decades took his own life as confirmed by his family.
In 2009 Carradine’s older brother David died at 72 from su***de. Carradine later said his mental illness was triggered by the death of his brother, and he was eventually diagnosed with bipolar disorder. R.I.P. 🙏
