The Pilates repertoire never gets old to me.

Five things I love about it:
1. It supports itself across every apparatus—creating a complete movement system.
2. The same exercise can feel completely different on another piece of equipment.
3. Your brain works just as hard as your body.
4. The sense of inner peace that shows up when everything connects.
5. The creativity that lives inside the repertoire.

Stop blaming your triceps.

In a (kneeling) push-up, you need:
– Front line awareness
– Back line stability
– Shoulder girdle control
– Trunk integration

The Pilates ring between the forearms creates feedback so the elbows track back like they’re on rails toward the knees. That’s how you find your chest. That’s how you stabilize your shoulders.

Your triceps aren’t lazy.
They’re just not meant to do this alone.

Integration over isolation. Always.

What a private Pilates session actually looks & sounds like 🌼

It takes a trained eye to see hip, knee, and ankle alignment inside a moving body — and it takes skill to cue someone into finding muscle instead of hanging in their joints.

Hypermobility is common. It’s not a flaw. But it does require awareness.
