Breastfeeding Moms' Community provides mothers in the community opportunities to build connections, participate in activities, and empower them through their breastfeeding journey.🤱

Join us Friday, November 14th from 9:30 - 11:00 am, at our Breastfeeding Moms' Community!

Led by Susan Wirtjes, RN, IBCLC (Retired)—who has been guiding moms for over 50 years!—this group offers:

✨ A judgment-free space to share experiences
✨ Support from like-minded moms & professionals
✨ Options & alternatives to fit your parenting style
✨ Free Childwatch available for your little ones!

Breastfeeding comes with challenges, but creating a community of support allows opportunities for moms to flourish.🌟

Whether you're currently pregnant and preparing for the postpartum period, or currently there, your health is of value and a priority. Join us in empowering expecting and current moms through their postpartum journey, taking time to recognize aspects of both physical and mental health.

The class will address two key components of postpartum health.✨

✨Pelvic Floor Health with information provided by Kalais Slaubaugh PT, DPT at Rock Valley Physical Therapy
✨Mental Health with a guided discussion facilitated by Katie Schmitz, LISW, service partner of Guiding Star Cedar Valley
