Meet Shay, Licensed Massage Therapist

Shay is a 2025 graduate of Carlson College in Anamosa and is passionate about helping others through massage therapy. She enjoys learning new techniques to better support her clients’ health, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Outside of the treatment room, Shay enjoys reading, spending time with family, fishing, and being in nature. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she strives to bring care, positivity, and intention into everything she does.

Shay offers 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute massages with pressure ranging from light to firm, and also provides Hot Stone Massage and Prenatal Massage.
