Rejuvenate Med Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk / Patient Care Specialist to join our team!

This role is so much more than answering phones — you are the first impression of our spa. You’ll be the warm welcome that greets every client as they walk in and the final touchpoint as they check out. Creating an exceptional experience from start to finish is key!

💼 What You’ll Do:�• Greet and check in clients with a welcoming, polished presence�• Check out clients and assist with rebooking appointments�• Support retail skincare sales and educate clients on products�• Answer phones, manage scheduling, and maintain front desk flow�• Help create a positive, elevated client experience every day

⏰ Schedule:�
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM�
• Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM�
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM�
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

💰 Compensation & Perks:�
• $18–$20/hour (based on experience)�
• PTO�
