HIRING a General Cleaner, immediately! (Waterloo, Columbia, Valmeyer)

Job Information:

-General Offices
-Mon - Fri
-5pm - 9pm
-Pay rate: $15.50 - 16.50
-bi-weekly pay periods

Responsibilities:

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Dust items
Clean horizontal surfaces such as desk and counters
Clean and stock restrooms.
Clean and stock kitchenettes.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Ensure doors are locked after hours.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.

Requirements:

Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well when supervisors are not present.
Work well with co-workers.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Handle basic cleaning and other janitorial work.
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
Able to accept constructive criticism from immediate supervisor and manager.

MANDATORY: Background check and drug screening.

Monday - Friday
5pm - 9pm

Team environment.

Duties include but not limited to: dusting, wiping surfaces, sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, stocking of supplies.

Employees receive quarterly and end of the year holiday bonuses, and have all major holidays off. Weekend off.
