What a great turn out and electric energy during our Community Wellness Night last evening!! 🤩. Our expert Clinicians taught exercises to strengthen 💪🏻 those “everyday muscles”, various ways to exercise if you struggle with strength and how to get up off the floor if you fall. Be sure to check out the various ways to perform push ups depending on your strength level - YOU CAN DO IT NO MATTER WHAT!! 😁🏋🏾🧘🏻‍♀️🏆

Our hearts are shattered 💔😢 Walt "Pops" Young - One of the OG's of Austin PT died unexpectedly on Monday 12/15. We have had the pleasure of treating Walt and his family for 30 years - always coming in with a smile and a hug for us girls whether it was for an appointment or just to say Hi and have a cup of coffee. His body riddled with arthritis and hardware from various surgeries though never giving up 💪. Always putting our PT skills to the test to relieve pain and restore function that would allow for more hunting and walks with Luke 🐶 A legend in our community will be greatly missed......We love ya Pops 😘
