Hey everyone!! I will be away for the next couple of weeks. This lovely lady will be filling in for me for the Tuesday night sound bath meditations. Stop on in and show her some love!!
I will be back the first week of December.
Please feel free to contact me if you need a reiki appointment during my time away, I am sure one of my amazing students would be happy to help!!
And don't forget to bug Andrea for yoga, since I won't be around to bug her. Lol!

Andrea and I decided to have some fun tonight after yoga and play with crow pose. For those of you who have never seen crow, it is a pose where you balance on hands with the knees resting on the upper arms.
I am happy to report that we both successfully were able to get into the pose for a short amount of time, we are both still alive, and I only almost broke my face one time. 😀
I do wish we had recorded it because I am sure my one fall was comedic gold 🤣🤣

It is the time to cut those cords! I felt very compelled to cut cords yesterday with 2 of my appointments. Both were such powerful and moving experiences!
