At Aspen Counseling Services, we join the movement to raise awareness and support those impacted by breast cancer. Early detection saves lives — regular screenings, self-checks, and conversations with healthcare providers are key.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, a time to break the silence, spread hope, and remind one another that help is always within reach.

At Aspen Counseling, we believe in the power of community, connection, and compassion. Our office has created a space to honor those we’ve lost, support those who are struggling, and encourage open conversations about mental health. 💬✨

💡 If you or someone you love is struggling, please know you are not alone. Reach out, speak up, and seek support. Together, we can bring hope and healing.

📍 Stop by our office to pick up resources, wristbands, and information to spread awareness and strength.

🌟 Attention Adoptive Parents! 🌟

We are looking at hosting another support group session for adoptive mom and dads one day in August. This is one session only at a $20 fee. We want to try and accommodate a day and time that works best for the majority of those who would like to attend. We will post the options here and please comment, call, or email your preferences. Once a decision is made we will follow up with a post of the decision and be in communication about further details. Thank you! 💛

I am open to suggestions but options include:
Saturday August 2nd - morning or afternoon
Thursday August 8th - 5:30-6:30 PM
Friday August 8th - morning or afternoon
Wednesday August 13th - 6:00-7:00 PM
