Jade’s Holistic Hands Massage Therapy OVERWORKED OR IN PAIN? ANXIOUS OR DEPRESSED? NEED A SIMPLE RESET OR DETOX? I CAN HELP! Massage Therapy is an extension of my artistic heart.

The art of massage has allowed me to step deep into my being and I enjoy guiding others into doing the same. Society is increasingly fast-paced, making it easy to feel and become disconnected from ourselves. It is my goal to welcome you back into "being" by increasing self-awareness and challenging you to become an active part of your unique healing experience. I use breathwork, gentle stretches, and aromatherapy within each session. Let me help ease you into a state of feeling which can encourage opportunity to heal.

Certified- Swedish, Cupping, Myofascial Release I, Reiki Level I. Trained- Prenatal, Oncology, Hot Stone, Raindrop Therapy. Member of Wisconsin MFR Study Group. Currently being trained to become a Restorative Yoga Teacher.
