Coming this winter: REFORM & RESTORE ✨ Bringing back our popular class starting Thursdays 6 AM in December. Think toning, flexibility, and mobility all in one.

Coming this winter: SCULPT & RESTORE ✨ 60 minutes in our infrared room with 40 minutes of our yoga sculpt class finished with 20 minutes of recovery and mobility. Starting Friday mornings in December.

Happy October! Our migration is still in the process, but hopeful to be done by tonight. We are scheduling on Mindbody for tomorrow and hoping to be able to use Momence on Friday and beyond. Thank you for your cooperation!

Here are updates on memberships moving forward. Reformer pilates is now a seperate pricing option. Your current contract will continue to be available for reformer and floor classes until it expires.

You are assigned a barcode on your app that you will use to check in! We will see how this process goes, it will be a new experience for all of us and may have some quirks!
