Latest addition to the March and April schedule: POWER / PROGRESSION. A progressive dumbbell class designed to help you build lasting strength from the ground up. Each workout focuses on foundational lift patterns with intentional programming that builds week after week.
You’ll learn proper form, gain confidence, and gradually increase weight through smart, safe progressions. Lift a little heavier over time and feel stronger in everyday life. All levels welcome. See you Friday at 5:00 AM!

This March, we’re doing things a little differently… and a little more connected. March 'Matness' Partner edition: because we are stronger together. The focus is on consistency, connection, and some friendly competition! Grab a friend, your spouse, your sister, your coworker — or let us match you up with someone new from the studio. All month long, you and your partner will earn points for showing up, completing simple weekly challenges, and encouraging each other along the way. If you’ve been needing a little extra motivation or just love a good excuse to show up more consistently…
Let's do it. 🤍 Sign ups will be available at the front desk starting this Friday! *All classes on the schedule count towards points, even reformer. More details to come. Possible bonus points for Brooke's favorite team name. ;)

Change: Upon signup for each reformer class, you will now pick your reformer for that single session. They are numbered 1-11, and it is located on each back left leg of your reformer. When you arrive to class, you know exactly what reformer you will be on!

There will be an awkward transition period the next two weeks as it will allow some who sign up now to pick a reformer, but if you signed up previously, you wouldn’t have. We will get through this transition period with grace and be kind if you did pick a reformer and someone happens to be there at the beginning of class! 🖤

The Restore & Renew Women’s Retreat is designed for women who are ready to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with what truly fills them up. This isn’t about doing more—it’s about creating space to rest, reflect, laugh, and be renewed.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be invited into a variety of experiences—gentle movement, creative workshops, meaningful moments of reflection, and plenty of free time. Everything is optional, so you can join what restores you and skip what doesn’t.
