Our story began in 1986, when Eve Hensler founded Professional Hearing Services Inc with a commitment to compassionate, quality hearing care.

In 2000, Dr. Todd Decker purchased the practice, and in 2006 the clinic moved to its current Watertown location. Over the years, our reach has continued to grow, serving the Milbank area for 23 years and expanding to the Brookings area in 2024.

Our mission has always been simple and meaningful: To improve the quality of life in the people we serve.
