Maria is now serving as our Interim Clinical Director, bringing strong clinical expertise and steady leadership.

Natalie is stepping into the role of Assistant Clinical Director, continuing to support our team and families with excellence.

🟢 BIG TOP = Eat the MOST (Every Day Foods)

These foods help kids grow, play, learn, and stay strong:
• Proteins 💪
Chicken, eggs, fish, beans, nuts
→ Helps build muscles and strength

• Fruits 🍎 & Vegetables 🥕
Many colors like red, green, orange
→ Helps keep the body healthy and strong

• Dairy 🥛
Milk, yogurt, cheese
→ Builds strong bones and teeth

• Healthy Fats 🥑
Avocado, nuts, seeds
→ Helps the brain work well

👉 These foods should be on your plate every day.

Rise Above — through the years 🤍

2018: On my honeymoon in Greece, I watched the most beautiful sunset. That moment became the inspiration behind the Rise Above logo.

2021: I took the nerve-wracking leap and officially registered Rise Above Behavioral Group LLC. That first year was just me—learning marketing, insurance credentialing, and figuring everything out step by step.

2022: I welcomed my very first client and personally provided all direct services.

2023: I hired my first employees.

2024: I purchased and rebranded Rise Above CT and expanded into another state.

2025: We are now a team of 5 BCBAs, 14 RBTs, 1 Office manager and 1 biller in 2 states and growing.

2026: My goal is to teach and mentor others who dream of opening their own company, sharing the documentation, years of trial and error, research, rebranding, and expansion strategies.

✨ Stay tuned for an opportunity to invest in a business owner toolkit and mentorship program.

Excited to share that Rise Above Behavioral Group will be providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services inside Together We Can Learning Center!

Students in Waterbury will have the opportunity to be bused directly to the daycare, where they can receive high-quality ABA therapy in a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This collaboration allows for seamless access to services while promoting growth, independence, and meaningful skill development for our students.
