SoZo Teen Center will be open Monday, January 19, 2026, from 12:30-5:30 PM in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Staff have prepared a guided art and reflection lesson. Teens will watch excerpts from “I Have a Dream” and sketch initial reactions while staff facilitates discussion. The session will focus on how Dr. King’s message connects to historical moments, current social issues, and personal experiences, followed by creating a finished piece on canvas.

The center will remain a safe, supportive space for creativity, conversation, and connection. Drop in and join us.

💙 January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, and we’re highlighting the Jefferson County Safe Harbour Program.

This program provides free, confidential services to youth under 21 who have experienced or are at high risk of commercial sexual exploitation or trafficking. Services include case management and advocacy, internet safety education, safe shelter, and mental health & medical referrals.
