Having a consistent routine every single day will help you minimize stress and offers a way to promote health and wellness.
Many people who don't have any sort of routine suffer from: higher stress levels, poor sleep, poor eating habits, unhealthy physical condition.
I never know what the day will bring me...but I always start my day off the exact same way to ensure I set my mind and body up for success.
I don't normally talk about my routine, as my routine may not work for the next. You have to find what fits you.
But I start my morning by getting up at the exact same time every single day. Yes that includes the weekends when I don't have to work...or even on vacation.
I get dressed and get ready to workout. I then walk outside and pray π and give thanks to giving me another day to wake up and walk this earth.
I start my workout, and workout for 45 min to an hour. ( yea you can get a full workout in, in this time frame if you stay focused)
I read a minimum of 10 pages in a book.
I thank shower and eat breakfast. While I'm showering and making breakfast...I listen to podcasts. Two podcasts that I listen too and highly recommend is and
Than I head to the office, get the office opened up, sit down at my desk and take my supplements.
This routine never gets altered and has been consistently the same since I opened up my practice!
