100 classes down and 100 more in sight! When you hit a mark like this, it’s a sign that you’ve done a few things that not everyone has!

1. You’ve pushed past the beginner resistance. At the end of the day, we are beginners in our own right, but making it to 100 means you’ve worked past the initial hesitation to try something new and keep at it!
2. You’ve stayed the path. Throughout 100 classes, you’ve surly met your match of challenges and roadblocks, but instead of stepping back and giving up, you decided to keep at it and see your way to the other side!
3. You’ve made it a lifestyle. Arguably the most important part, you’ve created a habit that sticks strong week after week, season after season.

Adjust your framing to ensure your health priorities last.

1. Motivation can be a great start, but it shouldn’t be the only one. Motivation is only good till its no longer there, and that always comes. Focusing on building consistent routines into your lifestyle is an approach that can outlive any motivation.

2. Just like our taste and cooking recipes, we often want (and need) personalization in our fitness routines for them to last. While generic template workouts can take you to a certain point, once limitations hit, you will be scrambling for answers that are not there.

3. A significant part to any journey is being able to adapt to changes. Without making any change, we can't expect any change. Being curious about those changes vs. stubborn about them can lead to new knowledge and understanding about your goals and values. Ultimately leading you towards a more meaningful journey

Tips To Stay Consistent This Holiday Season! 🎄

While December can be a time for celebration and joy, it's also crucial to keep our health in sight. We don’t have to reinvent the wheel to do this. Here are our top tips for a healthy holiday this winter season.

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱:

Schedule your workouts just like your holiday events. Whether it's a session at the studio, a morning jog, or a quick home workout, having it on your calendar makes it a priority.

𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀:

For those with lots of events and holiday festivities, aim for maintenance rather than new personal records. Consistency is more important than intensity during this busy time.

𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱:
