“The community here is so lovely and supportive!”

I was first a member of the Om Center community at its first location, I would come with my mom as a teenager who was just going through the moves and over time I stopped going to classes.

At the beginning of the year I had some big life changes that had me looking for something to help me feel grounded and coming back to —the Om Center has becoming that grounding point for me!

✨The community here is so lovely and supportive!

There is a sense of ease at the studio and I think that it shows in the way that everyone interacts with each other!

🤍 I love coming to the classes at the Om Center-

🧘🏻‍♀️ I have tried a bit of everything- and I always walk away with a sense of peace and inner quiet that keeps me coming back!

💫 Incorporating yoga practice into my weekly and daily routine has helped me to feel like I am doing something for me!

💤 Yoga has improved my sleep schedule (as a night shift worker this is always a challenge), my flexibility and balance, and helped me get back to finding a flow with my inner rhythm!

If you are thinking about taking a class I say- do it because I am so grateful for the Om Center and its lovely and amazing teachers and community!!!! :)

Some mornings feel heavy… and that’s exactly when the practice matters most.

The practice meets you exactly where you are.

This practice carries us through the hard moments. It gives us a way to process, to soften, and to return—
so we can be present for ourselves and for each other.

Even on the heavy days… especially on the heavy days.

What we are building and sharing at OM is truly special. I’m so grateful to be a part of it, and to walk this path alongside all of you.

A consistent yoga practice…. changes you in ways you never expected. ✨

It quiets the constant chatter of your mind—the restless thoughts that rarely pause long enough for you to breathe.

Savasana becomes more than stillness. It becomes a sanctuary. A moment where you melt into your mat, your whole body softens, and you can simply be.

Being a yoga teacher is not something I leave at the studio door—it lives in my heart, in my soul, and in every part of my life.

The inspiration I find in my own practice, the lessons I learn each day, and the moments that move me all weave their way into every class I share.

Teaching is my way of offering the most authentic parts of myself, weaving together everything I continue to learn and grow from.

Today, my heart is full of gratitude for this community and for the chance to walk this path of learning, growth, and connection alongside you.
