The Prairie Lakes Baby Café meets every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the waiting area of the Birth Center. The Baby Café is a welcoming and informal space for expecting and new moms to connect and receive free breastfeeding support.

No need to register in advance - this free resource is open and available to all on a walk-in basis.

November 14th is World Diabetes Day! The Prairie Lakes Nutritional Services Registered Dietitians are taking this opportunity to share important facts about diabetes and outpatient services available to help.

As of 2021, about 38 million Americans (~11.6% of the population) live with diabetes - 1 in 5 of them don’t know they have it. In the last 20 years, the number of adults diagnosed with diabetes has more than doubled. Our Registered Dietitians offer outpatient support for those learning to live with diabetes.
