This is a recent post from one of our patients. She gave us permission to repost it here.

For everyone who has followed my journey since may 2024 from a basic bowel resection to less than a week later I ended up with an iliostomy. 3 months of that nightmare to another surgery to have it reversed. To 3 months of wound care to close the gaping hole left. I can not thank north country wound clinic enough I first hand can tell you how amazing they are they joined my sadness on my darkest days to being so excited to see me every week for the progress report Maryellen Blevins and Jessica Thomas and the receptionist Briana. Was always so positive and so happy to see me and I couldn't wait to see them.TODAY I RANG THE BELL. and today was my final visit. I am happy it's finally over. But I'll miss them 3 ladies alot. If anyone needs wound care please go to north country orthopedic wound center you will not be disappointed. And tell them wendy sent you.
