The Center for Sight is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team in Watertown, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a patient-focused, fast-paced ophthalmology practice dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Position: Front Desk Receptionist / Surgical Scheduler
Location: Watertown, NY

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and attention to detail. Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Verifying patient information and insurance
• Providing administrative support to the clinical team
