Jill is our dedicated Business Office Clerk. We sat down with her to learn a little more about the person behind the desk.

🏥 The Path to Healthcare
Jill’s journey into the medical field began at Moraine Park, where she studied to be a Medical Transcriptionist. That interest in school turned into a rewarding career, and we are so glad it led her to our team!

💼 At the Office
When asked what keeps her smiling during the workday, Jill didn’t hesitate: it’s all about the people. * Team Spirit: She loves collaborating with her "wonderful" coworkers and staying in sync with the billing service.

Making an Impact: For Jill, the most rewarding moments come from helping patients navigate their billing questions and managing medical record requests. Variety: "I like how every day is different," she says.

🏠 Life Outside the Clock
After a busy day of problem-solving, Jill knows how to unwind. You can usually find her:
Tuning into the Barn Show.
Testing her knowledge with Jeopardy or catching Wheel of Fortune with her family.

When she isn't at her desk, Jill is embracing the fresh air. She’s an avid walker and loves fishing trips with her family. She’s also the #1 fan at the range, cheering on her husband and son during their trapshooting competitions!

We off primary care to Watertown, WI and the surrounding community. We offer a team of six physicians, two nurse practitioners, and one physician assistant to help serve our patients of any age. We offer a wide range of services including wellness visits, well child visits, chronic disease management, health education, colonoscopies for colon cancer screenings, Pap smears, IUD placement and removal, Nexplanon placement and removal, endometrial biopsies, steroid joint injections, skin lesion removals, and urgent care services among others.
