Inner Arts Institute Inner Arts Institute, a learning community offering workshops,facilitator trainings,consultations, and retreats grounded in Systemic Family Constellations.

We help people explore family and collective patterns with greater awareness, connection, and care. Family Constellations, developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, is a therapeutic approach through which we can explore the deeper, unconscious dynamics in family systems. As we explore the deeper movements of the soul, we often discover how loyal children are to their families and how their need to belong influences their actions. Unfortunately these loyalties don’t necessarily serve us later in life. Family Constellation work gives us insight and helps us release unresolved patterns from our families of origin that are causing pain in present-day life. Breathwork is another powerful approach to resolving deep, unconscious patterns and freeing us to live joyfully in the present. I am a German psychotherapist who has practiced in the Boston area for more than 20 years. It is my honor and privilege to serve groups and individuals, helping clients and students uncover and release hidden patterns so they can discover the life that is waiting to be lived through them.

We are living inside a bumpy moment, culturally and globally, and many of you feel it not only in your thoughts but in your body, your breath, and your nervous system as you move through daily life.

Our conference in March feels so timely and so necessary, because it offers a space to come together, to connect beyond fragmentation, and to remember that participation itself restores agency.

Samvedam Randles, one of the keynote speakers at the North American Systemic Constellations Conference, brings work devoted to opening the collective field and supporting the clearing of collective imprints carried through bodies, families, and lineages.

This work helps interrupt the repetition of inherited trauma from your ancestral past, as well as from the wider collective history that continues to replay itself through culture, systems, and relationships.

It feels like a kind of collective detox, a pause that allows something new to emerge without dragging old patterns forward into the future.

NASC 2026 isn’t a traditional lecture-style conference.
It’s an embodied, participatory four day journey rooted in real connection, healing, and learning in community.

Each day opens with constellation processes led by keynote facilitators and unfolds with intention into the afternoon guided by a wide array of systemic workshops...

Day 1 centers on honoring the lands you stand on and your personal and professional roots, including ancestral lands, migration, displacement, and the origins of constellation work, so your practice is grounded in lineage and responsibility.

Day 2 turns toward collective trauma of separation and its impact on society, nations, and our professional community, exploring where roots are honored, where splits exist, and what limits growth.

Day 3 moves into somatic exploration and integration, examining how separation lives in the body as symptoms, behaviors, and inherited beliefs, and how healing unfolds individually and collectively.

Day 4 brings individual and collective energies forward, asking how we honor difference while moving toward unity, remain loyal to our ancestors, and step into greater wholeness as a community.

Each evening offers Open Rooms for integration, peer facilitation, and shared practice.

We live in a tremendously changing time, one that feels scary and unpredictable, and at the same time offers a powerful opportunity to consciously co-create change while healing in community and supporting one another through what is unfolding. Under the heartfelt theme, One Circle, From Separation to Wholeness, the upcoming North American Systemic Constellations Conference, at the Lumina Resort in North Carolina, calls us together, to reconnect with our extended community, share stories, and renew bonds in a space where each person belongs.

Samvedam Randles, one of the Keynotes, will explore how when old structures crumble, unresolved collective and ancestral trauma surfaces, asking for our presence and care, because the more we are able to meet and clear what lives in the system, the less we remain bound to repeating old patterns and the more freedom we have to create new ones together.�
