🚨 Exciting Update 🚨

This week, I begin a new chapter in instructor journey… I will be teaching at Vigilante Yoga. Currently, I am teaching two classes, with more to be added in the near future, once I get acclimated to the new studio, and the new studio gets acclimated with me:

- Tuesday noon Yin (75-minute class)
- Thursday 5pm Pilates/Barre Flow

Quantum Shift Time💛

My time at The Yoga House has come to a close earlier than I’d intended. I had hoped to stay through September, but sometimes chapters end before we expect… especially when the frequency ceases to resonate.

Guiding classes in that space has been such a privilege, and I’m deeply grateful for every student who showed up with your energy, growth, and presence. You’ve been the brightest part of my time there.

I’ll be continuing to teach locally (at the YMCA Watertown NY and Italian Cosmetic and Beauty by Cinzia) and already have some new opportunities on the horizon ✨ If you’d like to stay connected on Instagram, you can also follow along [.dots] or let me know if you’d like updates via text/email!

This isn’t a goodbye, just a redirection of energy... And while closing a chapter is never easy, I’m also excited to see where this flows💕
