If you can’t find your peace, you can’t share it and the world needs your peace more than

We all need to find our peace.
A place of safety.
A seat where we can listen to our own inner authority and decide for ourselves what it means to truly feel safe in our body.

And here’s the truth: we can’t just visit that place once in a while. We have to activate it every single day.

Today, I’m sitting here surrounded by lilies, dragonflies, and the patient work of spiders.
The water is still, the air is soft, and it’s reminding me why it’s so important to work on our own physical and mental state.

Come sit in your place.
Come take your seat.
Breathe.
Create that peace and calm.

Then rise and move forward with authority, with regulation, and with determination.
Honor that.

That is my call to you.
