As a society, we tend to turn to pills and other quick fixes to help us “feel better”. The problem with this is that we are treating the symptoms and not addressing the cause. Massage is one of the many options available that addresses the whole body, and helps you take a natural approach to better health! I recognize that every body is different, and I use a combination of techniques to create a massage tailored to your individual needs. I am certified in ACE Massage Cupping, and specialize in deep tissue, and therapeutic massage.
