On to our next event! Mark your calendars for our annual Boo-To-Do happening on October 23rd, 2025, from 5-7pm! The downtown area will come alive with hundreds of ghosts and goblins visiting area businesses passing out treats. Waterville police, fire, and public works will also be set up on Farnsworth Road and join in on the fun. Four local food trucks will also be joining us in addition to our amazing local restaurants, so we have dinner covered too! We hope to see you there! Surrender 🖤 sometimes that’s all we can do 🙏 Life feels heavy at times…with politics, division in our country…illnesses floating around…it all feels heavy. I know I can’t wait to get on my own mat today!🧘‍♀️
Reminding myself, there’s always more light than darkness, there’s more love than fear. Keep cultivating your own inner light ✨🤍

🌿Earth Flow is a restorative all levels yoga class designed to promote relaxation and healing. We move with ease and comfort at a slower pace in which the poses are held for an extended period of time to give the body and mind plenty of time to ease into stillness.
