We have been seeing an increased amount of patients not showing up to their appointments.

Just a friendly about our cancellation/missed appointment policy that has been in effect since July 2020:

We require 24-hour notice if you are in need to cancel/rescheudle your appointment.

If you do not cancel/rescheudle you appointment in timely manner, or if you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee.

PLEASE RESPECT our schedule, we have many patients on a list to get in for an appointment. When you do not cancel in a timely manner, or you do not show up to your appointment, you are taking away care from another patient IN NEED.

If you are opted in for the text message reminders, you will now be receiving an additional message 4 hours before your scheduled appointment in hopes to try and decrease the number of missed appointments. You will still be receiving the usual message 24 hours in advance as well.

We have noticed a lot of confusion with the new text reminders for couples, groups and families.

Each patient is scheduled in their own time slots with the provider. Please make sure you are paying attention to the times each patient is scheduled for and show up to whatever the earliest time that is given to you.

Our text system is a no-reply automated system. We are able to send texts to you, but we are not able to receive any messages you send back. Please call the office if you ever need to reschedule, cancel, or if you have any questions about your appointment.
