Our office phone lines have been impacted by the national Verizon outage and are currently locked into after-hours mode.

You may continue to call our main number to leave a voicemail, which we are able to retrieve at this time, or you may contact providers directly using their work-issued cellular devices.

New year, but the stresses are still there.

Stress, mental health concerns, grief — you don’t have to carry it alone. We care, call us!

If you need someone to talk to, someone who truly listens, we’re here.

We currently have a slight waiting list for Outpatient Therapy. We offer telehealth and in-person sessions, though weekday availability is tight.

Limited Outpatient telehealth appointments are available on Saturdays beginning 01/24/2026 - appointments are limited.

We also have openings in both our Adult and Children’s Case Management programs, with little to no wait list.

Insurance an issue? Let us help you work through it.

We accept all major insurances and Maine Care - Don't have insurance? We have self-pay options.

Call the office at 207-616-0499 and select Option 4 to reach Tiffany. If she isn’t available, please leave a message and she will return your call as soon as she is able. She is able to help you through the intake process.

Due to the impending ice storm, our office will be closed on Monday, December 29, 2025. The safety of our providers is our top priority.

Providers will complete visits via telehealth during this time.

We will reopen on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.

As we move into the holiday season, we want to thank you for trusting us with your care. We recognize that this time of year can bring a mix of emotions, and we remain committed to supporting your well-being while our team takes time to rest and recharge.

Due to the impending snowstorm, our Main Office will be closed on Tuesday, 12/02/2025 for the safety of our staff and clients.

Tis the season for Maine weather to toss— in this case—snowballs!

All OPT services will be provided via telehealth or phone sessions for the day. Your provider or office will contact you to confirm your appointment format and ensure there is no disruption in your care.

If you need to reach us, staff will remain available by phone and email throughout the day.

Our team is committed to responsive, client-centered care.

There is currently no waiting list for Adult or Children’s Case Management.
Our skilled and experienced providers are ready to assist you.

Self-referrals are accepted.

Please call our office Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM.

Tiffany will guide you through the intake process, and we ask that you have your insurance card available for verification.

Please note:

We do have a waitlist for Outpatient Therapy (OPT) for both adults and children.

However, we encourage you to join the list. We are actively expanding our team, with new providers onboarding through the end of 2025 and additional providers scheduled to begin in early 2026.

We’re excited to share that our coverage area has officially expanded to the Mid Coast. This growth allows us to support even more individuals and partners in the region.

We are now accepting Adult and Children’s Case Management (CM) referrals — with NO wait list.

Our OPT waitlist is open, and we offer both in-person and telehealth services. If you or someone you know could benefit, now is a great time to get on the list.
