Happy Friday! 🎉

We’re excited to share that our coverage area has officially expanded to the Mid Coast. This growth allows us to support even more individuals and partners in the region.

We are now accepting Adult and Children’s Case Management (CM) referrals — with NO wait list.

Our OPT waitlist is open, and we offer both in-person and telehealth services. If you or someone you know could benefit, now is a great time to get on the list.

For referrals or more information, please contact the office at 1-207-616-0499.

We have knowledgeable and experienced providers ready and willing to assist you.

Self-referrals are accepted.

Simply call the office during normal business hours.

Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Tiffany will be happy to get the process started for you.

Please have your insurance card ready for verification.

* We do have a waitlist for OPT for both adults and children - however feel free to get yourself on that list. We are growing and anticipate hiring providers now through the end of 2025.
