Fascia… what is it and what does it do?

Fascia is a web of connective tissue encasing muscles, organs, and joints, providing structure and allowing smooth movement.

What happens when fascia gets tight??

When tight, it restricts muscles, leading to pain and dysfunction, even if muscles themselves aren't the primary problem.

What causes fascia to become tight??

- Inactivity/Sedentary Lifestyle
- Poor Posture
- Repetitive Motions
- Trauma
- Dehydration
- Stress
