Hailing from Valley City High School where he captured the 2016 North Dakota Class A State Title at 220 lbs with a dominant 50-win season, Jordan continued his mat journey as a heavyweight beast with the MSUM Dragons, competing in NCAA Super Regionals with signature grit and relentless drive. Now he’s bringing that elite wrestling knowledge to supercharge our grappling sessions — from white belts to black belts, Jordan’s coaching will elevate everyone.

Jim is no stranger to the grind — a dedicated blue belt who’s always sharpening his technique and pushing those around him to be better. With a deep passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a heart for building strong grapplers, Jim is the perfect addition to our team. 💙 A Bittersweet Announcement 💙

Our hearts are feeling all the emotions today. While we are incredibly sad to be saying goodbye, we are also SO proud and excited to share that Dr. McKayla with LGND Rehab & Performance is officially outgrowing our space and stepping into a bigger season for her growing business!

What started as a shared space quickly turned into a beautiful partnership. We have been so blessed by Dr. McKayla’s passion, drive, and heart for her patients. Watching her grow, hustle, and truly “burst at the seams” with success has been nothing short of inspiring.

While we will deeply miss having her here with us every day, we are so, so happy for her and this next exciting chapter. This move is a true testament to her dedication, hard work, and the incredible impact she’s making in our community.

Dr. McKayla — thank you for being part of our family. We’re cheering you on always and can’t wait to see what God continues to do through you! 💪✨

You may have noticed a new friendly face in our office over the last few months, and we are so excited to officially introduce her!

Please help us welcome Lacey Ledahl to the Aligned Family Chiropractic team! Lacey will be with us on Wednesdays and stepping in as needed — and we are truly grateful to have her.

Lacey grew up right here in the area and is a proud Watford City High School graduate. She’s also a busy mom of seven children! With only one kiddo still at home in preschool, she’s joining us just a few days a week — and we’re thrilled she’s chosen to spend some of that time with us.
