The Body Sacred Massage Away from the hustle and bustle of the business district, I offer Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Reflexology, Sports, Shamanic journeying and more.

The Body Sacred Massage offers a quiet space where I take my time with each individual that comes through my door. Scheduling sessions by appointment only allows me to space them out, so they never feel rushed. I enjoy taking the time to get to know the type of session my clients are looking for and share self care ideas that you can take home. I have a solid education in Anatomy and Physiology and Kinesiology and I am a Reiki practitioner. My approach is to offer a very holistic and therapeutic session. I offer and integrate Relaxation (Swedish),Shiatsu, Reflexology,Reiki, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, Polarity Therapy and more.
