Oklahoma We Want to Hear From You!
Oklahoma is applying for funding through the CMS Rural Health Transformation Program, and your input is a vital part of the process.

Public Listening Session – Woodward
Date: September 22
Time: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: High Plains Technology Center Auditorium

The Oklahoma State Department of Health, in collaboration with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and Department of Human Services, is seeking feedback on the most pressing healthcare challenges in rural Oklahoma.

We’re inviting community members to share their insights on:

Key challenges facing rural health

Opportunities aligned with CMS transformation goals

Supports and resources needed for long-term solutions

This session is open to the public. It is not a request for funding, but an opportunity to share ideas and experiences that could shape the future of rural healthcare in Oklahoma.

Can't attend in person? You can still share your input through our public survey: https://brnw.ch/21wVVc9

Our webpage has more information on the RHTP and the strategic goals, Rural Health Transformation Program. https://brnw.ch/21wVVc8
