There are so many common diet myths.
One of my passions is to help you find healthier eating tips so you’re not:
-Sugar bingeing
-Starving yourself
-Dieting
-Binge eating
🌸 If you aren’t eating enough, you won’t lose weight.
🌸 If you’re not fueling your body properly before + after workouts, your workout will suffer.
🌸 If you’re overcompensating in one or more of the food groups, you will keep unwanted pounds on your body.
🌸 If you’re not guarding your mind, you will fall into eating patterns such as overeating and bingeing on sugar.
