Simple, grace-filled guidelines for mindful eating…
❌No more strict diets.

🩷1. Focus on nourishment, not numbers.
Choose foods that fuel your energy and provide nourishment, not just counting calories.

💜2. Speak grace over your plate.
Stop calling foods “good” or “bad.”
Every meal is an opportunity to enjoy food with freedom…without labels!

💚3. Eat with peace, not pressure.
Let go of guilt and perfection.
You didn’t do anything wrong by not sticking to your plan.
Just start again at the next meal (not Monday).
The biggest thing to remember is to keep trying!

Connect to your body.
Connect to your thoughts.

What are you telling yourself?

💗Your thought patterns shape your BELIEF.

I could barely lift 5lbs when I started.
I had horrible eating habits.
I didn’t care about my health.

But I knew SOMEDAY, SOMEHOW, I’d reach my goals.

You have to put in the work to get to the other side where it becomes easier.

🙏Keep praying, but do YOUR PART.

Food is a source to fuel our bodies with nutrition.

When we understand it’s a source of energy and not only for enjoyment, we can understand the idea of eat to live, not live to eat.

The first step in breaking through a bad food mindset is understanding these 3 things:

Food is fuel, energy, and helps us do what we need to do.

AND we don’t need to have pressure on ourselves for being “bad” or “good.”

Food is food. Bad and good is irrelevant here.

Our choices need to be viewed as what is the best way to feed this machine I steward?

✨3 ways to get a better workout in less time:

1️⃣ Focus on compound moves (squats, pushups, rows).

2️⃣ Rest with purpose — 30-60 seconds max.

3️⃣ Finish strong with prayer and gratitude, not guilt.

There are so many common diet myths.

One of my passions is to help you find healthier eating tips so you’re not:

-Sugar bingeing
-Starving yourself
-Dieting
-Binge eating

🌸 If you aren’t eating enough, you won’t lose weight.

🌸 If you’re not fueling your body properly before + after workouts, your workout will suffer.

🌸 If you’re overcompensating in one or more of the food groups, you will keep unwanted pounds on your body.

🌸 If you’re not guarding your mind, you will fall into eating patterns such as overeating and bingeing on sugar.
