I wanted to come on here to give a shout out to a local business on Main St in downtown Wauconda.

My business is located behind Lots-a-Knots Bakery and the smells I take in every time I walk near or in there is incredible.

I tried their cannoli’s for the first time today. I was blown away, the BEST cannoli I have EVER had.
The shell was thin, the cream was delectable (also filled on the spot), and who can’t go wrong with chocolate chips.

I know I am a massage therapy business, but fun fact is I was a pastry chef and cake decorator before I became an LMT.

I have always loved going to check out different bakery businesses and trying different products sold. Every single item that this bakery makes is incredible. If you ever are in downtown Wauconda, check them out. The owners are super friendly and wonderful to talk to.
