Good morning and happy Winter market!
We'll be here from 8-2 today and 10-2 tomorrow and every weekend all year long!
I'd like to introduce a real month of Thanksgiving. Stop in and pay it forward. You can now pre-purchase a half gallon refill, a cup of Kombucha, or a jar of Kraut/Kimchi to help fill someone else's fridge with a healthy and nutrient dense food.
If you're in need of any of these items, stop on by.

Rumor has it that there will be fresh sourdough bread!
With our move from the 515 to the 563, baking has been hard to get done, but we'll have loaves of sourdough bread today. Once it's gone, it's gone.

Even Karen is mad we don't have bread and bagels this weekend.
Cross your fingers the rest of the move goes well so we can bake next week.
We definitely don't want Karen mad again next weekend, but we promise these are growing pains that we are working hard to rectify.

Good morning to the 563!
I've got good news and not so good news...
The good news is that our licensing has been approved and we can proudly say our products are made in Davenport, Iowa!!!
The not so good news is that because this process took so long, we will not have our sourdough bread this weekend and our bagels will be in very limited supply.
We appreciate all the support you've shown us through this difficult and very time consuming move. But there's a light at the end of the tunnel!

What's for dinner?
Well, the husband is eating a grilled hot honey and turkey on our bread with pepper jack cheese!
It's grilled to perfection in a cast iron pan with butter smeared on both sides of the bread! You gotta toast the inside first for a buttery, crunchy bite every time!
What's for dinner at your house tonight?
Ps...we've got more sourdough bread for tomorrow!
