Ever feel that nagging pressure in your neck or low back after sitting at your desk doing computer work?

Why posture is important: your spine is the reference point and attachment site for every major muscle that affects balance and support. When the spine is aligned your body is in balance and has optimum support. When your spine is misaligned, your muscles and nervous system work harder, causing fatigue easier and imbalance.

Set your foundation, align the lower body, lock in the spine and keep your torso in line with the hips, drop your upper body in line, and lastly, keep a neutral head.
