Looking for a simple New Year’s routine that supports better movement? ✨
Try this easy reset you can repeat throughout your day:
1️⃣ Take a short break from sitting every hour and walk around for a few minutes 🚶‍♀️
2️⃣ While walking, keep your gaze straight forward to help your head stay level—avoid constantly looking down or up 👀
3️⃣ When you sit back down at your desk, check in with your body and distribute your weight evenly on both sit bones 🪑
4️⃣ Take a moment to relax. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, let your shoulders soften by gently pulling the shoulder blades down and then back to open your chest 🌬️
This entire routine takes just a few minutes, but done consistently, it can make a meaningful difference in how your body feels and moves.
Small habits. Better movement. 💪
