Healthcare Plus is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Floater to provide support to clients throughout Lake and McHenry County from our Waukegan and Crystal Lake offices.

Requirements:

-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-High School Diploma or GED
-Active Driver’s License
-Clean driving record
-Social Security Number (SSN)
-Proof of valid car insurance
-Reliable personal transportation
-Ability to work with all types of care (Bed Bound, Dementia, Personal, Routine, Hoarder, etc.)
-Good customer service skills
-Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance

This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering quality care to our clients.
