We're proud to invest in the future, and we recently had another chance in our booth at Navig8 Lake County! Our booth buzzed with excitement as thousands of students from across the county came out to explore career opportunities.

At the Ludlow booth, students put their skills to the test using our welding simulator—drawing long lines of curious students eager to give it a try. Students quickly got hooked watching others and became competitive to see who could get the best weld score. The experience sparked interest in welding and the many possibilities within manufacturing. Our Welding Lead, Morgan, shared what it takes to become a welder and offered some great tips. It was a fantastic day to highlight the world of manufacturing and career paths available at Ludlow!

Our summer internship program has wrapped up, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the contributions of our talented interns! This year, we were fortunate to have Martin in his third year as our Quality Intern and Drew in his first year as our Welding Engineering Intern. They brought fresh ideas, curiosity, and hard work to every project, making a real impact in their short time with us. Thank you for your dedication this summer – we wish you the best as you continue your careers!

Another day, another chance to say "Thank you!" This past month, we had a food and ice cream truck for our employee appreciation lunch. Everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch and cool dessert from Ed’s Soul and Tropical Chill.
