At Ludlow, we continue to update our methods by seeking out the newest technologies and processes; all with the goal of servicing our clients better.

These are a few of the technologies we have added recently. The robotic track welder (top) will perform a variety of welding tasks with high precision and efficiency. Our machining department has added two robots, who will operate at high speed with quick tool changes and precision machining. We thank all our employees who are working hard to install and integrate these automated technologies into our processes.

We're proud to invest in the future, and we recently had another chance in our booth at Navig8 Lake County! Our booth buzzed with excitement as thousands of students from across the county came out to explore career opportunities.

At the Ludlow booth, students put their skills to the test using our welding simulator—drawing long lines of curious students eager to give it a try. Students quickly got hooked watching others and became competitive to see who could get the best weld score. The experience sparked interest in welding and the many possibilities within manufacturing. Our Welding Lead, Morgan, shared what it takes to become a welder and offered some great tips. It was a fantastic day to highlight the world of manufacturing and career paths available at Ludlow!
