Just remember...

Thoughts are not facts.

You are NOT your thoughts.

And the appearance of anxiety does not necessarily mean there's anything wrong.

No matter how real those intrusive thoughts feel in your mind and body, they are just thoughts.

And they thrive when we give them more weight and importance than is necessary. So, time to show them that they are not important and no longer deserving of your attention!

I want you to give yourself permission to allow them space no matter how real and scary it may feel to do so.

Allow them, and show yourself that you can do nothing in response to these thoughts and everything will be okay ❤️
