A different type of post today. But my work goal & purpose is to help others heal, maintain health, and feel as good as they can possibly feel. Most of us know the mind can play a big role on how we feel physically.
The world has been heavy, so I want to present a challenge for you all that will help you keep your mind right.
Find one person you feel comfortable with. Each day share something that will bring light into their life and ask them to reciprocate.
Ideas could be:
🤍Your prayer intentions for the day
🤍One thing you’re grateful for
🤍One compliment to them
🤍One lighthearted/funny video
Tell others about what you’re doing. Challenge them to do the same. Even if you do it for a month. These little steps can make a large difference.
