Wauneta Care and Therapy Center is looking for a compassionate, motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team with excellence and heart.

As Director of Nursing, you’ll oversee daily clinical operations, guide and support our nursing staff, and ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a positive, family-like environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- A current RN license in Nebraska (or ability to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for serving others and making a difference every day
