As a certified trauma therapist, I am committed to sitting in discomfort with you. With experience treating military/veterans, anxiety, and youth, I believe that addressing the symptoms of trauma and PTSD opens the door to a deeper understanding, helping to uncover the underlying roots of these challenges. You don't have to have all the right words; we’ll make sense of things together.

Born and raised in Waupaca County, I care deeply about this community and the people in it. My professional background includes work in Youth Justice, CPS and foster care, inpatient mental health settings, and clinical mental health. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing happens in safe, steady relationships where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Wherever you’re starting from, I'm glad you're here.

Why 92% of New Year's Resolutions Fail by February (And How You Can Be Different This Year)

We've all been there. January 1st hits and we declare: "This is MY year!" By February? That gym membership is gathering dust and those "healthy meal plans" are buried under takeout menus. Here's the truth: Resolutions fail because they're built on willpower alone. And willpower? It runs out.

Meet Eliza, owner of Oak and Arrow Birth Services LLC and a partner here at the Wellness Tree! Eliza empowers women to reach their own unique birth experience by providing intuition-based education that supports motherhood during pregnancy, birth, & postpartum.

She is offering both of her private classes--Private Childbirth Class & Daddy Doula Class--in gift card form that can be given at baby showers, sprinkles, etc.

It’s been a little while since we’ve shared an update, but there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes here at The Wellness Tree! Since last summer, we’ve welcomed four new counselors and therapists to our growing community, and we’ve been busy with renovations to continue creating a warm, supportive space for all who walk through our doors. Today, we’re excited to officially introduce the newest wellness professional joining us: Jordyn Dieter, LCSW - Rebellious Wellness, owner of Rebellious Wellness.

Jordyn is a trauma-trained therapist and Rebellious Wellness originated from the idea that facing our struggles takes courage. Especially, making those changes in a world that operates in ignorance and self-doubt - facing our feelings head on can be seen as an act of rebellion. She works primarily with first responders and their families to offer a safe space to manage the trauma that is folded into these departments to ultimately provide some relief in a space that offers zero judgement.
