If you are waiting for the last minute, this is it! Join us for an afternoon of Gratitude and Sound Healing this Saturday, November 1st! We'll be at the Jensen Community Center, 487 N. Main St, Amherst, WI 54406 from 2 - 4pm.

What to expect:
✨️Gratitude Circle with Martha
Step into the gentle embrace of Autumn and reconnect with your inner peace. Martha will guide us through a heart-opening Gratitude Circle - an invitation to release old patterns, reflect deeply, and welcome renewal in a season of letting go.

🎶Restorative Sound Bath with Margaret
After a short break, Margaret will lead a deeply restorative Sound Bath. Let soothing vibrations wash over you, transporting you to a place of serenity, grounding, and quiet joy.

🧘‍♀️What to bring:
All levels and abilities are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported. Chairs will be available for those who prefer to sit.
