Oh my gosh, you guys! I’ve been tossing around the idea of hosting a weekend retreat for years. But you know me — I’m not exactly the “flowy dress, flower crown, float-through-the-meadow” type. I’m more of a “hand me the shovel and let’s get this s**t done” kind of Mystic.

So trying to design a retreat that fits both my business mission and stays true to my own spiritual path? Yeah… my brain has been doing cartwheels.

But I finally stopped overthinking it.
I decided to plan the retreat I would want.
The retreat that feels like my soul.
The retreat that honors the work I do and the way I walk in the world.

And you know what? The right people will show up. They always do.

Which is why I am ridiculously excited to tell you…

Hello, everyone!

I want to share a tiny movement I use to help my clients ease into relaxation.

Alongside soft lighting, gentle scents, and the quiet hum of a singing bowl, I use a simple technique along the Yin Tang line to begin shifting the body into a calmer state. It’s a small touch with a big impact — a beautiful starting point for deep rest and better sleep.
