Join us for "Empowering Women Through The Chakras: Whole Mind-Body Integration - Yoga & Mindfulness with 5 Koshas Yoga & Wellness" on Wednesday, October 1st from 6:00pm-7:30pm as a part of our Women Empowerment Series.

Begin a transformative journey of self discovery through the Chakras. Connect deeper to your personal chakra energy centers – the 7 energetic centers within us that influence our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

This special event offers you the chance to learn about each Chakra, exploring its unique qualities, associated emotions, colors, mudras – hand gestures, mantras – chant and physical body connections. Chakras give you access to a deeper and greater understanding your inner self. The Chakras work as a guide map to help you find direction in the areas of your mind-body that may be blocked or balanced.

~Align your mind and body through balancing these subtle energy centers.
~Enhance your personal wellness through yoga asana – movement, guided meditation, pranayama – breathing techniques and personal affirmations.
~Expand your knowledge about the chakras with short lectures.~
~Discover strategies to harmonize your health mentally, physically and emotionally.
~Explore the different areas of your Chakra system that may be balanced or blocked.

Who should attend? This practice is meant for everyone – all levels are welcome to join. Anyone seeking to deepen their yoga practice beyond the physical. Modifications and variations will be offered. This event would offer movements getting up and off the yoga mat, if someone would need a chair modification as always this would be accommodated.
