Just wrapped up a TMJ Intensive continuing education course with Precision Neuromuscular Therapy this past weekend, and I’m so excited to bring what I learned back to my clients!

TMJ issues show up on health history forms all the time, and having more tools to help people find real relief is going to be incredibly valuable.

A fun bonus: one of my students from last year ended up taking the course too! Although I don’t currently have any available appointments for the foreseeable future, if you’re up in the Eagle River area check out Kendra with Cocooning Massage & Wellness! Her style is luxurious and relaxing and she’s now taken multiple TMJ-specific courses. 💕

The meme is funny but I’m definitely not judging. Flipping over is hard work, especially for those with back pain or limited mobility.

Please don’t ever feel rushed; you can take your time and do it in increments, or even get up on all fours under the sheet and blanket, sit up, and then spin your body around like you’re on a sit ‘n spin. (Do kids these days even know what that is? 😂)
