What's BrainTap?
A BrainTap session is a guided relaxation experience. You’ll get comfortable in a massage like chair while the headset delivers soothing audio and light stimulation designed to help your brain shift into a calm, focused state. Many clients describe it as feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and deeply relaxed afterward.
Sessions range from 10–30 mins, depending on the program you choose.
First-time clients always start with our 22-minute introductory session so you can get the full experience.
Cost is $30
