Cocoa takes her healer role very serious - insights from today! 😉

Today while teaching a workshop on the Introduction to Shamanism, spirit worked through Cocoa in the sweetest, most unexpected way.

You will notice a length of time and price difference for Red Light Therapy.

Stand alone and add-on 30 red light is $15 for 30 minutes. You can choose either the panel in a second treatment area before or after your session or a red light blanket on the table before you receive your massage.

Memberships remain receiving complementary red light - please book accordingly if this is a service you would like.

Because consistency is key - there is now a package of 4 red light sessions for $40. They can be booked with either Jill or Brooke.

The color effects and meaning from cupping….

🌸 Light Pink
Healthy circulation
Blood and lymph are moving well
Little to no stagnation
Often seen in areas that don’t need much work

🔴 Light Red
Mild stagnation
Slight tension or early restriction
Common with everyday stress, posture, or light muscle use

Moderate stagnation
